Scientific director of the Braidense National Library since 2022 and Director of the University Library of Pavia since 2021 in the roles of the Ministry of Culture.

Previously, library officer at the Archival and Bibliographic Superintendence of Lombardy and, before that, curator of medieval manuscripts at the Historical Civic Archive and Trivulziana Library of the Municipality of Milan.

Paleographer and philologist by training, she also holds a master’s degree in management of cultural heritage.

She is curator of bibliographic exhibitions and author of monographs and scientific essays on the humanistic age and on book collecting between the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.
